Paseo de Gracia

One of the most famous avenues in Catalonia and the second most expensive street in Spain. That’s Paseo de Gracia, a perfect marriage between architectural heritage and high-end commercial offer. More than 160 premises occupied by large international firms -which may come to wait years to get an adequate space- as Cartier, Tiffany’s, Chanel, YSL, Dolce & Gabbana , Valentino , Prada and Stella McCartney, among others. Las Ramblas

It is an iconic street of Barcelona, formed by 1.2 kilometres that go from Plaza de Catalunya to the sea. In the best known and busiest street of the city, you will find shops, bars, restaurants, flower shops, ice cream shops, souvenirs … Furthermore, it is very close to tourist and cultural points of interest, as it is the heart of the Gothic Quarter. What more could you ask for?

Distrito de Gràcia

Gràcia district is charismatic, bustling, cosmopolitan and bohemian. It is one of the most popular assets of Barcelona, leisure, culture and gastronomy centre. Curiously, it is the smallest district of Barcelona, with an area of 4.19 square kilometres, but the second with more demographic density. In August it celebrates the main festival of the district, considered the ultimate expression of the identity of the neighbourhood. Gràcia has become the trendy district, with plenty of new spaces that share its streets with lifelong shops. Culture and creativity in every corner!

El Born

Despite its humble beginnings, Born has grown into one of the most modern parts of the city, with an important cultural, historical and gastronomic offer. Between Via Laietana and Barceloneta we can find trendy shops, new artisans, designers, and artists, which enrich and generate a great activity. Some of the most modern stores, like Colcci, have chosen Born as their home. A wide range that makes it one of the most attractive neighbourhoods in the city.
