What is a Premium Space?

Premium listings are located in high-traffic areas and boast excellent presentation. Owners respond within 24 hours, and these listings receive above-average reviews. We promote these listings, and they can be identified by the Premium label we add to the first image displayed.

What kind of spaces can I find on the web?

You can find all kinds of spaces, from restaurants, bars, pubs, hotels, cooking or dance schools, hair salons, co-working spaces, abandoned factories, photography studios, boats, and more. Any space suitable for short-term rental can be listed on our platform. The space verification service will be available soon; in the meantime, it’s best to use high-quality, representative images in your space profiles to increase the likelihood of short-term rentals.

What is a verified space?

Verified properties are those that have been visited by our agents and whose owners we know personally. These properties have been booked at least once and the client was satisfied.

Who sets the rental price?

Prices are set by the owners and can be adjusted at any time based on seasonal factors (holidays, major fairs, Christmas, etc.). Go-PopUp ‘s commission is a percentage of the price set by the owner. Calendar availability can also be determined by the owner.

How does the rental work?

The owner will receive a request from the company, brand, or user explaining what they want to do in the chosen space. The owner can accept or reject the proposal at any time; Go-PopUp does not interfere in the transaction. If the request is accepted, payment is made through Go-PopUp . The full rental fee must be paid in advance.

What kind of contracts do you offer?

The tenant accepts terms and conditions specific to the space. Go—PopUp defines a space rental agreement between the owner and the tenant. This agreement is legally reflected in the Terms and Conditions accepted by both owners and tenants upon registration on the website, and detailed in each transaction through attached identification information for the owner, tenant, space, details, price, terms of use, and any other specific conditions.

What does Go-PopUp’s insurance cover?

By booking through Go-PopUp, you are guaranteed liability insurance provided by Hiscox. Go-PopUp also offers the option to purchase additional insurance policies to suit your needs.

What does Go-PopUp get paid for providing this service?

Go-PopUp only charges a service fee for confirmed transactions. Listing and viewing spaces, as well as communication between landlords and tenants, is free. By connecting landlords and brands or companies and offering insurance to both parties, Go-PopUp receives a 5% commission from tenants and a 15% commission from landlords, with liability insurance included.

What are the cancellation policy options?

Go—PopUp offers owners a choice of three standard cancellation policies (strict, moderate, and flexible).

Strict : (30 days). If the user cancels at least 30 days in advance of the check-in date and time of the Reservation, they will be refunded 50% of the total price less any applicable service fees and taxes. If the user cancels less than 30 days in advance of the check-in date and time of the Reservation, no refund will be given for the unused days or hours.

Moderate : (7 days). If the user cancels at least 7 days before the check-in date and time of the reservation, they will be refunded 50% of the total price less any applicable service fees and taxes. If the user cancels less than 7 days before the check-in date and time of the reservation, no refund will be given for the unused days or hours.

Flexible : (1 day). If the user cancels at least 24 hours before the check-in date and time of the reservation, they will receive a 100% refund of the total price less any applicable service fees and taxes. If the user cancels less than 24 hours before the check-in date and time of the reservation, no refund will be given for the unused days or hours.
