We are looking for a French Native Speaker Sales Agent for France and with possibility to extend to additional markets in Europe. The objective of the Sales Agent is to close rental transactions by getting the agreement between landlords and tenants.

Job Description

  • Manage inbound and outbound leads for the French market
  • Execute international sales leads and client opportunities
  • Expand this eventually to other European markets
  • Scout for retail spaces suitable to clients needs, if the tenant didn’t preselect a location in our portfolio
  • Understand the needs of our target prospects
  • Prepare proposals to tenants, brands and agencies
  • Conduct negotiations between landlord and tenant
  • Execute documentation for the administration processes
  • Report results to the Sales Manager
  • Become an Expert for Pop-Up retail, live communication and experimental marketing

Your Profile

  • French Native Speaker is must
  • Sales experience is required, Real Estate preferred
  • Customer orientation, project orientation
  • Good communication and didactic skills
  • Focus on quality and results
  • Proactivity and responsibility
  • Teamwork oriented, Customer Centric Mindset
  • Good command of office tools
  • Languages: French is required, English at proficiency level, Spanish is valued
  • Good understanding of B2B solution selling
  • Hungry and ambitious, string character

Marketing

Go—PopUp offers an internship position for Graphic Designer for its corporate offices in Barcelona. 
Go—PopUp is the European leader for renting commercial spaces by the day for pop-up stores and corporate events.

Job Description

The objective of the Graphic Designer is to set up the Corporate Image standards and support the team in generating high-quality content:

  • Review the existing Corporate Image Manual (logo, colours, fonts…)
  • Develop standard guidelines and templates for all relevant graphic design applications, including, but not limited to:
    • Digital Content
    • Customer Presentations
    • Internal Presentations
    • User Manuals
    • Web Site structure and navigation (UX is a plus)
    • Printed material (i.e: leaflets, business cards)
  • Support the Communications and Sales team in designing valuable content about the pop-up industry or customer references, to be published in our web site or social media.

  • Monthly salary of 300 € for 25 working hours per week

Skills profile

  • University Degree or Master student in Graphic Design and Comms.
  • Experience in Graphic or Product Design (portfolio required)
  • Focus on quality and results
  • Proactivity and responsibility
  • Absolute command of Graphic Design (Adobe Creative Suite) and IT office tools (Keynote, MS Word and MS Powerpoint) and social media as advanced user
  • Languages: English native or Spanish native and English Proficiency level; other EU languages (especially Dutch and German) are a plus
