A Dream Location
Should you decide to choose my villa I can assure you that you will be greatly impressed. You will be staying at a villa that has been featured in architectural design magazines and has had many famous personalities as guests. I aim to provide a quality first class service.
Villa Juan Carlos is a unique spectacular villa located right on the sea front with amazing uninterrupted views. Direct access to the sea is available but if you would rather soak up the sun on a warm, soft sandy beach you’ll be pleased to hear that the nearest beach, which has been awarded an international Blue Flag for its quality, safety and water quality, is a leisurely less than10 minute stroll away. This beach has emergency services and first aid facilities and a lifesaver from the 1st of May to the 31st of October. There is also a Beach Bar and a children’s play ground. From the mooring next to the beach you can catch a special ferryboat that takes you sightseeing and even into Palma!

The Living Room has a large 80 m2 with spacious high celings and English Sky TV in High Definition plus German Astra TV all to be viewed on a state of the art gigantic 75 inch TV Flat screen with a Denon Home Cinema System with Bose speakers and Bluetooth for connecting your personal favourite music. A second Bose sound system is available for use in the Jacuzzi chill out lounge or the external terraces. There is also a Play Station 3.
Villa Juan Carlos is a lovingly maintained and extremely spacious sophisticated villa that boasts over 700 square meters and is located on a plot of 2,200 square meters. The vast and yet comfortable living room has 80 m2 with expansive sea views and tall ceilings. The dining area is a large 40 m2. Both areas with their marvellous sea views are perfect for relaxing or impressive socializing. The kitchen is fully equipped and has three fridges (one a large double door American fridge with an automatic ice making machine), three Nespresso coffee machines, a 90 cm professional oven and many extra and personal touches. There are many external terraces with sun loungers and sofas and the main external dining terrace includes a solid teak dining table and benches and a professional barbecue. The heated infinity pool blends perfectly with the sea. Should you need to work peacefully you can do so in the separate private study. I am a civil engineer and personally designed and built the villa and have lived in it with my large family during many happy years.

An Amazing Space
The seven bedrooms and study with a double futon sofa bed makes my villa ideal for shoots and spaces. The main suite also has in addition to the large bed a double futon sofa bed. Six bedrooms have bathrooms en-suite and the seventh one has a large separate bathroom with massage shower. All have: Loewe Televisions and satellite TV, Bowers and Wilkins wireless sound systems or iPhone/ iPod speakers, hairdryers, independent air conditioning and most have ceiling fans. All of the bedrooms bar one on the ground floor have spectacular sea views and large external terraces. The main suite has a private terrace and an enormous walk through dressing room as well as an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub and access to a second bathroom with massage shower.
In total the villa has 7 bathrooms plus a guest bathroom and a separate WC and wash hand basin in the heated Jacuzzi chill out lounge.

The separate library and study with Wi-Fi Internet access and antique furniture and desk is perfect for peaceful reading or quietly concentrating on any business needs. The study has a Bowers and Wilkins wireless sound system so that you can enjoy all your favourite music.

A Chill Out Lounge with Jacuzzi Too!
The beautiful relaxing Chill Out Lounge with its large heated Jacuzzi and spectacular sea views is ideal for spending your days and evenings indulging in refreshing cocktails and sipping champagne! The Chill out lounge with Jacuzzi has a portable Bose sound system, which can also be used, in the external terraces.
Villa Juan Carlos is located in a quiet area some 30 minutes from Palma de Mallorca airport. Practically on the doorstep you will find all the general amenities that you may require including various restaurants, bars, a diving centre, a hairdressers, car and bicycle hire, three supermarkets, a ticket agency for local activities, tennis courts, basket ball courts, etc. An Aldi supermarket is less than a 3-minute drive away and a Lidl is just a further two-minute drive away.
Palma Town, voted the Best City in the World by the Times, is a short 15 minute drive away or if you prefer you can travel by bus which stops outside the villa and takes some 40 minutes or take a taxi.
