The front area is suitable for sale / presentation and is clearly visible from the outside through large storefront windows. The usable furniture is tastefully chosen and includes, architect desks, clothing racks, couch, a large mirror and sewing machines.

The rear area consists of a back office, storage area and a fully equipped kitchen.
