Aristocratic building known as Condesa de Medina’s XIX century Palace built in 1850. Of similar style to the elegant Parisian Fauburg apartments of the time. Important personalities such as the diplomat and writer Juan Valera and General Martinez Campos, who was in charge of restoring the monarchy in 1874, lived in the building. Until 1950 it was the Official Architects of Madrid Association headquarters.
The penthouse, located in the building’s top floor, has access to its terraces, with the view of Madrid’s old town. With 1,915 square feet and 16 feet tall ceilings this penthouse with rooms full of light has been the canvas of a recent interior design work of art by The Sibarist.
This penthouse is divided in three floors . Its high ceilings and the whole structure is beamed, remembering his architecture to a sophisticated mountain shelter.
