Fashion Week Calendar 2026–2027: Dates, Cities & Pop-Up Spaces for Brands

Latest update September 25, 2026

The Fashion Week calendar 2026–2027 is not just about knowing when the shows happen. For a brand, the dates show when buyers, press, creators, clients and international teams concentrate in one city — and when it can make sense to open a pop-up, set up a showroom or produce a physical activation.

This guide brings together the main Fashion Weeks followed by Go—PopUp, their next windows and the commercial opportunity behind each city. The goal is simple: move from which Fashion Week is next to where and how should we activate the brand.

Which Fashion Week fits your brand objective?

The most famous city is not always the best decision. A luxury activation, a buyer showroom and a streetwear pop-up can require very different calendars, neighbourhoods and physical formats.

Luxury

Paris · Haute Couture · Milan

Private showrooms, press previews, VIC appointments and premium pop-ups.

B2B

Pitti Uomo

Buyers, distributors, press, appointments and professional hospitality.

Creative

Copenhagen · Berlin · Amsterdam · Zurich

Independent design, sustainability, community and experimental formats.

Urban retail

Barcelona · Madrid · London

Public-facing pop-ups, launches and activations connected to commercial districts.

Content

New York · Los Angeles

Creators, entertainment, beauty, streetwear, press and content production.

If you are still comparing markets, our guide on how to choose the right city for your first pop-up helps separate awareness, audience, operating conditions and commercial fit.

From Fashion Week to pop-up: what type of space does your brand need?

Fashion Week creates attention, but the space needs a clear job. Before you search by square metres, define what must happen inside the space and who needs to walk through the door.

01

Pop-up store

Product, discovery, community and direct sales.

02

Showroom

Buyers, press, distributors, stylists and private appointments.

03

Event space

Launches, press events, creators, dinners and experiences.

04

Hybrid activation

Retail, showroom and programming in one space.

Duration also changes the economics of the project. If you are deciding between a few days, one week or several weeks, see how many days a pop-up should last.

When to book a Fashion Week space

6+ months

Prime / complex

For premium locations, international projects and bespoke production.

3–6 months

Recommended window

A strong balance between availability, negotiation and execution.

1–3 months

Less choice

Still viable, with more compromise on area, size or setup.

< 1 month

Last minute

Prioritise ready-to-use spaces and simplify production.

If the date is already close, simplify the operation. Our 30-day pop-up launch checklist is designed for that type of accelerated execution.

How to choose the right city for your activation

A brand should not choose a Fashion Week only because of its notoriety. Before booking, cross four variables: audience —consumers, buyers, press, VIPs or creators—; objective —sales, awareness, collection presentation, meetings or content—; location —the right neighbourhood is often more important than having more square metres—; and operations —production, logistics, permits, guests and load-in times.

Fashion Week does not convert by itself. The date concentrates attention; the space has to turn that attention into product discovery, appointments, content, community or sales.

That is why this calendar is not trying to decide which Fashion Week is “best”. It is designed to help identify which window makes the most sense for the physical objective of your brand.

Fashion Week calendar FAQ

When are the main Fashion Weeks?

There is no single global Fashion Week date. Each city has its own calendar and some hold several seasons a year. This guide is updated with the next confirmed dates and marks editions as pending when an official calendar has not yet been published.

Which are the main international Fashion Weeks?

Paris, Milan, London and New York form the historic international core, but Copenhagen, Berlin, Barcelona, Los Angeles, Madrid, Amsterdam, Florence or Zurich can also be highly relevant depending on the commercial objective.

When should I book a pop-up for Fashion Week?

Three to six months in advance is a useful benchmark. For prime addresses, luxury projects or complex production, start six months or more ahead.

Do I need to be officially part of Fashion Week to open a pop-up?

No. Many brands activate around Fashion Week dates without being part of the official schedule. The space can work as a pop-up, showroom, press event, hospitality venue or parallel activation.

Which city is best for a Fashion Week pop-up?

It depends on audience, positioning and objective. A luxury brand, a streetwear brand and a brand looking for buyers should not necessarily choose the same city or the same type of space.
